1. Closure Date

All European data centers will cease operations on May 30, 2021. At that time, all data stored on the servers will be permanently deleted. Please ensure that you back up any important files and data before this date.


2. Options for Affected Customers

To minimize the impact of this adjustment on our customers, we are offering two options for current users:

  1. Migrate Your Service to the Seattle Data Center

    • We offer the option to migrate your service to our Seattle data center. After migration, your service will maintain the same resource allocation and performance support as your current plan.
    • If you wish to migrate your service, please contact our technical support team as soon as possible, and we will assist with the migration process.
  2. Request a Refund

    • If you do not wish to migrate your service, you may choose to request a refund. Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining valid period of your service plan.
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team by submitting a ticket or via email.

3. Data Deletion Reminder

Please note:
All data on accounts that are not migrated or refunded will be permanently deleted on May 30, 2021. This operation is irreversible. To avoid any loss of data, please ensure you complete a backup or submit a migration/refund request before this date.
